​His Majesty King Abdullah II inspected an exhibition in the Chinese city of Shenzhen on Thursday showcasing advanced technologies, robotics, aerial transport solutions, and logistics systems developed by a group of leading Chinese technology companies.
​During the visit, His Majesty held a meeting with the executives of these companies to discuss prospects for cooperation in research and development (R&D), as well as establishing strategic partnerships in innovation and digital transformation.
​King Abdullah highlighted Jordan's strategic geographical location and stable business environment, emphasizing that these advantages enhance the Kingdom's position as a regional hub for technology and services.
​The company executives, whose firms focus on integrating cutting-edge technology into robotics and smart delivery solutions, expressed strong interest in exploring cooperative opportunities and building partnerships with Jordan.
​The meeting was attended by Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat, and Jordanian Ambassador to China Hussam Al-Husseini.
