In continuation of its ongoing commitment to supporting the community and various child and family protection initiatives, Zain Jordan continues its strategic partnership with the Jordan River Foundation by supporting the free Family and Child Helpline (110), a specialized national service dedicated to protecting children and family members from all forms of violence and abuse.
This partnership continues based on Zain's belief in the importance of providing a safe environment for children and families in particular, and raising community awareness regarding their rights and protection methods. The company also emphasizes the importance of turning to the helpline as a safe and reliable destination offering its services with complete confidentiality and high professionalism around the clock free of charge, ensuring that children and families access the necessary support and protection in cases of exposure to or suspicion of any form of violence, abuse, or neglect.
The Family and Child Helpline (110) provides an integrated package of services including listening, guidance, psychological, social, and legal support, alongside managing reports regarding cases of violence, neglect, and abuse to which children or family members may be exposed. This ensures the provision of necessary protection in cooperation with competent authorities, as these joint efforts contribute to enhancing the social protection system in the Kingdom and solidifying a culture of reporting and seeking help, thereby supporting the protection of children and families and facilitating access to appropriate services and support.
It is worth noting that the Family and Child Helpline (110) provided its services to nearly 16,000 calls during the year 2025, operating through a qualified team comprising elite psychologists and social workers with diverse expertise capable of efficiently managing various challenges according to the highest professional standards.
