​MP Ahmad Al-Hmeisat confirmed that all members of the Mubadara parliamentary block have reached a consensus on nominating him for the position of First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, expressing his hope to secure the votes of his fellow MPs during the elections.
​In a statement to Rum, Al-Hmeisat noted that there is a consensus among parliamentary blocks regarding the distribution of positions on the Permanent Bureau, stating that the block honored him by nominating him for this position.
​He added that discussions regarding parliamentary committees have not yet taken place, pointing out that work is still ongoing to reach final agreements concerning the Permanent Bureau.
