irte The Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army, on Sunday, in coordination with the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization, sent a humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip.
The convoy includes 25 trucks, carrying food and relief supplies, including the needs of the population in Gaza, to be distributed through the relevant authorities in the Strip.
Sending the convoy comes within the framework of the efforts made by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to deliver aid to residents suffering from difficult living conditions during the holy month of Ramadan, and to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian brothers and mitigate the repercussions of the Israeli war on their families and brothers in the Gaza Strip.
The Armed Forces confirmed that they are continuing to send humanitarian and medical aid via an air bridge to be delivered via aid planes from Marka Airport towards Al-Arish International Airport, or through airdrops on the Gaza Strip or ground aid convoys.
Since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army have sent 460 trucks and carried out 57 Jordanian airdrops, 86 airdrops of food and humanitarian aid targeting various locations in the Gaza Strip in cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries, in addition to 48 relief aid planes sent.
