The Orthodox lost in the meeting that was held in Prince Hamzah Hall in Al-Hussein Youth City, in the match that came within the framework of the second round competitions for the first group of the West Asian Basketball Super League.

In the first round, the Orthodox defeated the Syrian Ahly Union of Aleppo (59-40), while the Lebanese Beirut defeated the Iranian Zob Ahan Isfahan (73-56).
