Jordan women’s volleyball team beats Syria in West Asia Championship

Amman – Jordan women’s volleyball team defeated Syria 3–2 (25–21, 14–25, 14–25, 25–17, 15–11) Monday evening at Princess Sumaya Hall in Al-Hussein Youth City, as part of the fourth round of the West Asia Championship.

The victory lifts Jordan’s tally to 7 points, trailing Lebanon with 8 and ahead of Iraq with 6, while Syria and Saudi Arabia each have 3 points, and Qatar remain without points.

The match was marked by intensity and competitiveness before Jordan sealed the win.
