The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association decided to suspend Mohamed El-Shennawy, goalkeeper of the first football team at Al-Ahly club, for 3 matches, for beating without a ball Ahmed Abdel-Hakam, defender of Smouha, during the two teams’ match in the 26th round of the Egyptian League.
The League stated that it was also decided to suspend Ahmed Amin Qassem, the player of Enppi, Ali Fathy, the player of Aswan, and Mahmoud Marei, the player of Future, one match for expulsion, due to obtaining two warnings, and Islam Gamal, the player of Aswan, a match for expulsion, to prevent a real opportunity.
