UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees on Saturday confirms Israeli authorities continue to prevent agency from delivering aid directly to Gaza.

UNRWA says on X it has sufficient shelter supplies for up to 1.3 million people, pre-positioned outside Gaza.

Agency adds winter worsens already dire living conditions for Gaza residents, with rainfall bringing flooding, damage and renewed suffering for displaced families.

UNRWA says its teams, also displaced, continue to support people where possible, including pumping sewage water, removing waste, providing healthcare, and distributing covers, clothing and blankets.
