Within her inspection of the preparations and final preparations for the opening of the thirty-seventh session of the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts, which will start on the twenty-sixth of this July, next Wednesday, Minister of Culture Haifa Al-Najjar, Chairperson of the Supreme Executive Committee of the Festival, said that she is assured of the full readiness of the festival's theaters in the ancient city of Jerash, and of all other sites that host many activities and events.
Al-Najjar confirmed, during the tour in which she was accompanied this evening, Saturday, by the executive director of the festival, Ayman Samawi, and a number of officials in Jerash Governorate and the media, that the festival is a national wedding whose title for this session bears the slogan “And Joy Continues”, with what it publishes of cultural and artistic mixing in Jerash, the city that is always present in the conscience of civilizations and history. Al-Najjar also praised the collective spirit of the workers in the festival, especially the people of Jerash who are always keen on the success of their festival its continuation.
For his part, the executive director of the festival, Ayman Samawi, said that all theaters and sites, from the reception of visitors until their involvement in the activities and events they wish to attend and pass through, from the southern theater through the main square, the Colonnaded Street, the northern theater and the rest of the theaters, and he said that the equipment included everything that visitors need in parking their cars and the various means of entertainment that ensure that the Jordanian family and the Arab and foreign communities enjoy a delightful and distinguished summer in this year's festival.
