AMMAN — Zain Jordan and the LOYAC Foundation have renewed their cooperation agreement to launch the second edition of the practical training program "Mustaqbaluk Zain" (Your Future is Zain), designed to qualify university students and recent graduates in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, including students with disabilities, and equip them with the skills and expertise needed to launch their professional careers and enter the labor market.
The program falls within Zain’s ongoing efforts to invest in young national talent by offering practical experience and specialized knowledge to boost participants' skills and job readiness. The employment rate among graduates of the program's first edition reached 97.2%. The launch of the second edition reflects the company's continued commitment to supporting the education sector and creating a stimulating environment for youth to build sustainable career paths, stemming from its belief in youth investment as a cornerstone of development, economic independence, and a sustainable future.
The "Mustaqbaluk Zain" program offers 30 training opportunities structured across two phases covering theoretical and practical training. Participants engage in specialized sessions addressing labor market requirements, trends, and workplace dynamics, as well as essential life and professional skills such as time management, stress handling, and artificial intelligence applications and uses. The program also incorporates 16 hours of community service under LOYAC’s "Volunteering is My Happiness" initiative to foster a spirit of cooperation, teamwork, and social responsibility.
Furthermore, the program provides participants with space to enhance their personal and professional capabilities, gain closer familiarity with workplace demands, and acquire practical experience to navigate professional challenges and prepare for their upcoming career journeys.
The partnership between Zain Jordan and the LOYAC Foundation dates back to 2018, encompassing numerous initiatives aimed at supporting education and local communities under LOYAC’s "HOMES" program. Within this framework, Zain has contributed to renovating eight public schools in villages across the Kingdom: Othman Bin Affan School in Jerash (2018), Gilead Basic Co-educational School (2019), Afnan Basic Co-educational School in Madaba (2020), Najdah Basic School for Boys and Najdah Basic Co-educational School in Jerash (2021), Al-Basiliya School in Al-Jeezah district (2022), Al-Qastal School (2023), and Um Al-Yanabee Basic Co-educational School in Ajloun (2025).
