Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, received, on Sunday, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine, Muhammad Mustafa, who arrived in Amman on his first visit since assuming his responsibilities at the beginning of this month of April.
Al-Safadi and Mustafa stressed the specificity, history, and centrality of the fraternal relations between the Kingdom and Palestine. Brotherly relations are the closest that translate into continuous coordination and unified action in order to support the Palestinian people and their rights to freedom, a state, and a decent life.
Al-Safadi also stressed that support for the Palestinian cause is firm and well-established in the Kingdom’s policy, in which His Majesty King Abdullah II devotes all its capabilities to supporting the Palestinian people and fulfilling their full rights.
He stressed that Jordan will continue its ongoing efforts, led by His Majesty the King, to end the occupation and embody an independent and sovereign Palestinian state with occupied Jerusalem as its capital on the lines of June 4, 1967.
Al-Safadi also stressed that Jordan will continue to do everything it can to stop the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza. Protecting civilians and delivering sufficient humanitarian aid to all parts of the sector.
Mustafa stressed that the Palestinian people and leadership highly value the historical positions and the great efforts led by His Majesty the King to support them, and stressed that Jordan is always the closest to Palestine and has always been a supporter and supporter of Palestinian rights.
Mustafa Al-Safadi presented the reform vision of the new Palestinian government and the steps and programs that it will launch.
Al-Safadi stressed Jordan's support for the government's reform approach and all the steps it will take that contribute to serving the Palestinian people and their rights.
