The distinguished journalist Randa Karadsheh was a dear guest of Rum News Agency and Al-Shahed Media Group in a very frank meeting in which our guest spoke about important and critical stages in her personal, public and other life.
Karadsheh began her interview with “Rum” by talking about her beginnings and said, “The beginnings were by pure coincidence. I was an actress before I was a journalist, and I participated in a program on the MBC channel. I was in my first year at the University of Jordan, and after that I was offered to work on the MBC channel with a delegation at a Lebanese university.” But my father, may God have mercy on him, refused to do so.”
She continued:

Regarding her mother, who was a journalist on Jordanian television, did she have a role in Instilling a love of media within Randa Karadsheh. She said, “My mother did not want me to work in the media field because the media profession is difficult and requires a lot of effort, but my father was an encourager of me from the first day.”
Karadsheh indicated that she always listens to the voice of her heart in her decisions, especially with regard to her work, and she continued, “Praise be to God.” So far, I have not been disappointed by a decision I made in my heart..
Karadsheh indicated that she fought a lot and commented on that by saying, “There is no one who does not fight, and there is no one whose path is easy and strewn with roses.”
Karadsheh shed light on her program that was shown recently in Ramadan on Jordanian television, which was called “” Ramadan nights,” she continued:
Before the holy month of Ramadan, the Director General of the Radio and Television Corporation, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Bawarid, requested a meeting, and in this meeting, Randa told me: Do you have a daily program during Ramadan? I asked him: Is this program competitions? He answered me: No, and I did not interfere at all in the idea of the program or anything related to the program before starting it.
Karadsheh shed light on her suffering with cancer and said: God blessed me with a second chance in life, and what happened to me was large tumors on the ovaries. Very much, and I discovered this by chance because I wanted to do egg freezing, and when I went to the doctor, her facial expressions showed surprise and she added, “I sat with more than one surgeon and they were sorry for what happened to me, and they told me that we would have to completely remove the uterus and ovaries, and this is one of the most difficult decisions I have made in my life.
” She stated. Karadsheh detailed the death of her father, with whom she had a special relationship and said, “I am always by his side and he calls me my beloved and he is always with me. When my father died, I was by his side and he recommended me to my mother.”
Karadsheh indicated that her trust in others is almost non-existent due to the experiences she went through in her life and said: “I hate my mother and my brother, but I don’t trust anyone,”
she continued. “There is no friendship at work. He is a colleague for whom she has the utmost respect and appreciation, but he is not a friend.
Karadsheh praised the Director General of Radio and Television, Ibrahim Al-Bawarid, and said that he had improved television quality, and that he often went home at five o’clock.” Morning..
