Al-Ramtha was crowned champion of the Jordan U-19 Cup for the 2025/2026 season on Saturday evening, April 18, after securing a 1-0 victory over Al-Faisaly in the final match.
The Technical Director of the Jordan Football Association, Abdelhai Ben Soltane, presented the championship trophy and first-place medals to Al-Ramtha in the presence of Al-Ramtha Club President Khalid Al-Zoubi and Al-Faisaly Club President Ahmed Wreikat. Al-Faisaly players received the silver medals for their second-place finish.
Al-Ramtha had advanced to the final following a dominant 4-1 win over Al-Ahli in the semi-finals.
The Jordan Football Association introduced the youth cup categories as part of its strategy to modernize local competitions and increase the number of matches for youth players. This initiative aims to foster competitive experience and develop high-caliber talent to bolster local clubs and national teams in the future.
