Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian citizen near the Nabi Younis junction, north of the city of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday morning.

In a statement, the ministry said it was informed by the Palestinian General Authority of Civil Affairs of the death of Shadi Ahmed Ibrahim Ajarma (32), after sustaining shots by Israeli forces.

The ministry added that Israeli soldiers, who are stationed in the area, subsequently detained the victim's body.
