McDonald's Jordan celebrated Founder’s Day 2026, with the participation of management and restaurant employees from various branches across the Kingdom, on a day that brought the McDonald's family together to celebrate teamwork, appreciate efforts, and special moments together.
The celebration took place under the umbrella of "We Are McDonald's" and with the concept of "Creating Golden Moments." The occasion focused on connection, appreciation, and smiles, offering the work team an opportunity to gather and spend quality time together away from the daily work routine.
This concept reflects the direction of Founder’s Day 2026, which focuses on people and redefining the concept of hospitality, alongside elevating taste and quality, thereby highlighting the role played by the team in delivering an integrated experience to customers.
The participation of restaurant teams from various branches alongside management embodied the message #WeMakeMcDonalds, which places people at the heart of the McDonald's experience and emphasizes that every individual plays a role in the success of the restaurants and in the details that shape the customer experience.
The celebration carried a simple and relatable meaning: that appreciation, care, and genuine connection can an impact that extends beyond the moment of celebration itself, and that the best moments begin when we are together.
